We are currently seeking a temporary receptionist for a fixed-term assignment until February 2027, with the possibility of extension. About Bollnäs and our clinic

Our clinic is located in the center with good train and bus connections throughout the country; for example, it takes only two hours by train from Stockholm. Folktandvården Bollnäs is a HUB, meaning one of our largest and most central clinics in Hälsingland. Consequently, we perform more advanced treatments in collaboration with specialist dental care and have staff specialized in various dental fields. We actively work to contribute to each other's competence development through close collaboration at the clinic. We have a good working atmosphere where we care for each other.

Job Responsibilities

As a receptionist with us, you have the main responsibility for the reception, both in terms of physical staffing and as the first point of contact by phone. You answer calls from patients, provide some advice, and book appointments at the clinic as needed. Furthermore, you are responsible for sending out invitations and processing lists linked to different patient groups. In summary, you work together with the clinic management to ensure good production planning at the clinic.

Qualifications

As a receptionist, you need good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We consider it a merit if you have previous experience within dental care.

As a person, you are responsible, stress-resistant, and solution-focused, with a structured and careful work approach. You are service-oriented and flexible, which makes it easy for you to collaborate with colleagues and meet customers.

Personal suitability will be given great weight.
