We are now looking for summer substitutes for our client in Halmstad.

Who are you?

As a person, you need to be confident in yourself, able to adapt to different situations, and have a strong sense of integrity. You will work actively based on the client's needs. You should have high work ethic and a sense of responsibility.

About the position:

We are looking for summer substitutes who will cover regular assistants' shifts during the summer, but it may also happen that we hire some as hourly employees for on-call duties, stepping in when someone is sick. We would prefer that you can be introduced to several of our clients in Halmstad, so flexibility and the ability to meet different types of clients is a big plus. It is a big plus if you are available to step in and work at short notice.

Experience:

It is meritorious, but not a requirement, that you have experience working in healthcare and social care, preferably as a personal assistant. In your application, we want you to tell us about yourself, as it is the client who chooses their assistant. Therefore, we will place great emphasis on personality and chemistry. You will receive the necessary introduction on-site at the client's home.

Desired qualifications:

• Good physical fitness
• Category B driver's license is preferred

Requirements:

• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
