Job Description
To our client, we are now looking for an On-site Technician, Level 2.
Background/Assignment Description
The IT support team has a need for an on-site technician who can support video production/streaming as well as handle equipment in meeting rooms, etc., but also support the service desk with incidents/troubleshooting, orders, and questions.
The role of on-site technician primarily involves broadcasting digital and physical meetings, handling conference room technology and workplace technology, supporting the business before large meetings and external meetings, as well as case handling such as incidents and orders.
Role and Responsibilities
The assignment includes the following tasks:
- Handle incoming cases (orders, incidents, problems, and questions) in our case management system.
- Handle internal and external broadcasts, digitally and physically.
- Troubleshooting of both hardware and software related to conference room and workplace technology.
- Ensure information and classification, priority, etc.
- Resolve incidents according to SLA and OLA.
- Document solutions and routines in the knowledge base.
- Training, information dissemination, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- You must have at least 2 years of work experience in the last 5 years in the role of IT Technician.
- You must have at least 2 years of work experience with AV technology.
- You must have at least 2 years of work experience working with broadcasting technology such as audio and video mixing.
- You must have worked at least 1 year with Microsoft Teams Room.
- You must have worked with troubleshooting and installations for client hardware.
- You must be fluent in Swedish in speech and writing.
Merits
- The consultant should have worked with orders and incidents in the case management system ServiceNow.
- The consultant should have education in film production or similar.
