I am a socially interested and sociable guy in my 30s living in Laholm. My life is moving along – sometimes at a fast pace, sometimes more relaxed – and I am looking for a personal assistant who can keep up with the pace and be my right hand in everyday life.

This is about supporting me where needed: personal care, household chores, activities, and the small things that make life work. In other words, you are not "just" an assistant – you become an important piece of the puzzle in my life.

The working hours are for awake night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00 according to a rotating schedule.

As a hourly employee, you can pick up shifts during the day (08:00–20:00) as well as awake nights (20:00–08:00).

Who are you?

You are confident in yourself, with established daily routines. You like to make a difference – for real – and you have an eye for detail. It is evident that you take responsibility for your work, and you easily pick up routines and follow instructions without losing your sensitivity and care.

Do you have experience as a personal assistant? Great! Do you not? That is also perfectly fine. The most important thing is that we click as people – the rest can be learned.

However, it is certainly an advantage if you have experience with ventilators, gastrostomy, and cough assist devices.

You need to be fluent in Swedish, both in speech and writing. Having a driver's license is a big plus, as we sometimes use my car, and you would be the one driving.

About the position

The position starts as an hourly employment, but if we get along well, it can transition to a fixed-term contract as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
