About the Role

As an employee in archive support, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the company's document management system. The role involves handling both physical and digital documents to ensure that all information is correctly archived and easily accessible. An exciting opportunity within the pharmaceutical industry where you will learn how document management works in a pharma company. The position is long-term and involves working approximately 8-16 hours per month. To succeed and thrive in this role, you need to have a good ability to work independently while being structured and meticulous in your work.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on the careful handling and organization of the company's documentation, both in physical archives and digital systems such as SharePoint, to ensure compliance and accessibility. You will, among other things:

• Organize and sort physical and electronic documents in accordance with the existing archive structure.
• Digitalize physical documents (scanning, archiving, and uploading to SharePoint).
• Verify that archived documentation is complete and legible.
• Report any discrepancies, missing documents, or unclear archiving instructions.
• Contribute to the optimization of the existing archiving system.

We are looking for you who

• Have another main occupation, such as studies or similar, at least 50% for at least the next 1.5 years.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in the work.
• Have a clear interest in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

It is an advantage if you have

• Ongoing post-secondary studies in pharmacy, biomedicine, biotechnology, chemistry, or medicine.
• Experience in document management in a similar role previously.
