We are now looking for an engaged and attentive personal assistant for a 14-year-old girl who lives with her guardians. The assignment is new and offers a stable foundation with the opportunity to grow into the role over time. The workplace is located in a quiet, nature-rich environment near the sea, contributing to a peaceful working atmosphere.

The client has extensive needs for support in daily life and is currently staying at home. The work involves providing support with daily routines such as personal hygiene, meals, dressing and undressing, as well as other aspects of daily living.

Communication takes place largely through body language, sounds, and other subtle expressions. The client also uses augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), such as sign support and communication aids. Experience in this area is advantageous, but the most important qualities are curiosity and a willingness to learn.

The client has neuropsychiatric and cognitive challenges, which require patience, structure, and a calm approach. The assignment also involves being vigilant and working proactively regarding safety in everyday life, as the client may have behaviors that involve putting objects in her mouth. Therefore, it is important that you are present, observant, and able to act calmly and safely in various situations.

We are looking for you who:

• Are responsible, empathetic, and have a calm demeanor
• Are attentive, thorough, and have a safety-oriented mindset in your work
• Are flexible and can adapt to the client's needs
• Have good knowledge of Swedish
• A valid driver's license and access to your own car are required as the workplace is in a nature-rich area with limited public transport connections

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is advantageous but not a requirement.

• The schedule includes day, evening, and awake night shifts
• Possibility of a permanent schedule arrangement in the future
