Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a subject teacher in technology and wood/metal crafts for grades 6–9. You will have mentor responsibilities and be responsible for the pedagogical planning, implementation, and evaluation of the teaching. For you, modern technology is a natural choice in your role as a pedagogue, and you use digital tools for knowledge seeking, communication, creation, and learning. Your knowledge promotes creative and inclusive learning environments. At Gustavslundsskolan, we help each other across boundaries; together is a strong word for us.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with qualifications in technology and wood and metal crafts. You have a genuine interest in both crafts and technology, and with your leadership, you create a safe and inspiring environment for the students. As a teacher in technology and wood and metal crafts, you are responsible for the subject teaching for students in grades 6–9. Here, you play a central role in developing the students' technical and practical creative abilities. You are responsible for planning and driving the teaching according to the curriculum and have ample room to design the lessons. The assignment also includes mentorship responsibilities in the lower secondary school. You have previous experience with grading and assessment and have good knowledge of what the environmental responsibility in the wood and metal crafts room entails.
