Särnmark's headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

About the job as a Personal Assistant

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your tasks generally involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they desire.

Responsibilities

The tasks include helping you with all practical matters involved in your daily life.

You are empathetic and able to take instructions in a positive and alert manner. You preferably have an interest in cooking according to my instructions and in gardening.

We are looking for you who:

You who apply are a calm, secure, and flexible person who respects my personal space.

You may have another occupation as we are looking for someone who can work on an as-needed basis, evenings, and weekends.

In addition to these times, it is good if you can step in during vacations and with short notice in case of illness/parental leave.

You who apply are a non-smoker and have very good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and comprehension.

About the employment

The form of employment is intermittent employment, and the wage form is hourly wage. Working hours vary depending on the customer's needs: evenings and weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment according to the collective agreement Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
