Do you want to take a key role in a comprehensive transformation program within the insurance sector? We are now looking for an experienced Coordinator and Requirements Specialist in Financial Reporting who wants to contribute to a major implementation of Lumera for a client in the insurance industry.

This is an assignment for you who thrive in the intersection between finance, operations, IT, and vendors – and who have the ability to drive strategic coordination while contributing operationally to requirements, testing, and implementation work.

Our client is undergoing a major transformation of the insurance business with Lumera as the central standard system. The program aims to future-proof and streamline the organization's processes, working methods, and system support.

The transformation affects not only customer-facing business processes, but also processes for financial accounting, closing, and external reporting. It is crucial that business events are reflected correctly in the accounting and can be packaged further for closing, regulatory reporting, and reporting to owners.

To strengthen the execution, we are now looking for a person who can take responsibility for coordination and requirements specification within accounting and reporting related to the insurance business and Lumera.

In this role, you will work closely with finance, process owners, operations, IT, and the vendor Lumera. You will have a central coordinating role and act as Epic Owner for the area of Closing and External Financial Reporting.

This means that you drive and coordinate work within current milestones, capture and clarify requirements, ensure progress, and contribute to solutions working from both an operational and reporting perspective.

You will among other things:

• Coordinate work within closing and external financial reporting

• Drive requirements specification related to financial accounting and reporting in Lumera

• Act as a link between finance, operations, IT, and the vendor

• Coordinate activities, dependencies, and milestones in the program

• Participate operationally in requirements work, analysis, testing, and implementation

• Ensure that accounting and reporting needs are captured and handled

• Work closely with other Epic Owners, managers, and specialists within Accounting & Reporting

• Practical experience with the implementation of Lumera related to financial accounting and reporting

• Experience in project management, coordination, or organization in larger projects/programs

• Experience in requirements specification within financial accounting and reporting

• Experience in qualified testing work, such as acceptance testing, system testing, or business-oriented testing

• Good understanding of complex business flows and system dependencies

It is meritorious if you have experience in economics and financial reporting within insurance companies.

You are structured, communicative, and accustomed to driving issues forward in complex environments. You have the ability to create clarity, bring others on board, and keep activities together where many stakeholders are involved.
