Runstyckets Förskola AB is an independent preschool located in eastern Malmö. We have four preschool groups for children aged 1–4 years, as well as a group for five-year-olds.
We are looking for a childcare worker with a genuine interest in working with children aged 1–4 years.
The position is a temporary assignment starting on August 3rd. The contract covers at least one year, beginning with a three-month probation period.
We are seeking someone with a positive, open, and tolerant attitude who loves working with people, especially children. You are flexible, proactive, responsible, and cooperative, with a respectful and welcoming demeanor. You are not afraid of new challenges and can adapt easily to changes in the workplace. As a childcare worker, you play a central role in ensuring the daily operations at the preschool run smoothly.
Our care and daily pedagogical work are based on children's participation and choices. Together with your colleagues, you help create a positive, meaningful, and developmental environment for the children. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
The preschool features large green areas and its own kitchen.
