Fredsborgskolan is an independent primary school covering preschool class to year 9, divided into two separate buildings: one for grades F–6 and one for grades 7–9.

As a teacher with us, you will:

• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment through clear classroom leadership.
• Serve as a class mentor and actively support students' knowledge development and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a flat-hierarchy, development-oriented team where we learn from each other.
• Work with formative assessment and differentiated instruction to meet each student's needs.
