We are now looking for a music teacher for our school:

As a music teacher, you will teach grades 1–6, thereby meeting most of our wonderful students.

Alléskolan was built in 2011, meaning you will work in a school with beautiful, bright, and airy facilities as well as a large schoolyard. For the academic year 2027/2028, adapted primary school is also planned to be housed at Alléskolan as a separate school unit. Habo Municipality is located 15 minutes from Jönköping with good commuting opportunities. Habo is one of the country's leading growth regions. In Habo, you will find everything from a lively center, proximity to forests and nature, to lovely swimming spots in Sweden's second-largest lake.

Job Responsibilities

You will become an important part of the school's teaching team, collaborating with the school's various professions. Together with colleagues, you will work to develop promoting and preventive teaching in close collaboration within the school.

Your duties include planning, implementing, and following up on teaching. You vary working methods, approaches, and forms of expression to create motivation and give each student the opportunity to develop as far as possible based on their prerequisites.

In the role of music teacher, you are also an important part of the school's community and traditions. You plan and actively participate in events such as Lucia, school closing ceremonies, and other occasions where music contributes to strengthening cohesion, creativity, and joy.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified and preferably experienced music teacher. Experience from primary school is meritorious.

You have a teaching license and experience in teaching. You are well acquainted with the school's steering documents and have good knowledge of students' academic and social development.

We are looking for competent and engaged colleagues with the students' best interests in focus. It is important that you have the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and employees. You have a solution-focused approach, are positive, and spread joy in work.

You are a good colleague, proactive, have good organizational skills, and are driving in the pedagogical work. Personal suitability is given great weight.
