About the role

Are you passionate about child development and safety? Do you want to help create a joyful, educational, and secure environment for our youngest children? We are now looking for an engaged childcare assistant who, with heart, playfulness, and responsibility, wants to contribute to the well-being of our children every day.

Your responsibilities:

• Support children in their development through play, conversation, and daily routines
• Collaborate with preschool teachers in pedagogical work
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Be part of planning, documentation, and reflection within the work team
• Provide positive support in contact with guardians

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education as a childcare assistant or equivalent experience
• Is secure, responsible, and has a genuine interest in children
• Has good teamwork skills and can work both in a team and independently
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Advantageous: experience with pedagogical documentation or working with children in need of special support
