We are now looking for a Operations Coordinator who wants to become the hub of daily operations.

About the role:

As an Operations Coordinator at this company, you will have a broad and dynamic role. You will work closely with the team to develop internal processes, while also being a central pillar in daily logistics.

You will handle among other things:

• Economy & Orders: Supplier invoices, system administration, and order processing. Support project managers with administrative tasks.
• Customer Contact: Handling bookings via phone and email. You manage purchases and keep track of deliveries.
• Operations Development: Identify and implement improvements in working methods.

Experience from the installation or electrical industry is a plus, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personality, your energy, and your drive.

The role is located with our client in Stockholm.

We are looking for you who have experience in administrative work, preferably with a focus on order management and operations development. You enjoy collaborating broadly and have a pedagogical and non-hierarchical attitude. Your structured approach contributes to creating smooth processes that help the company with everyday challenges. We are looking for someone who is positive, curious, and has common sense.

Your journey with us
