About the client

I am a 19-year-old girl living on Bolmsö with my family. As I was born with cerebral palsy, I need some extra support in daily life. I need help with everything from hygiene to assisting me in everyday tasks.

Important qualities include; sensitivity, respect, openness, and reliability.

I am looking for an open-minded person as I am engaged in both LGBTQ+ issues and the equal value of all people. I have, among other things, lectured about what it is like to live with a disability. If you are to thrive with me, it is important that you are open to differences. I am at the beginning of my career, so you as an assistant will also be a helping hand at work. It is important that you can take charge when needed, but above all, that you step back and let me take the lead.

My interests include skiing, music, and film. I am a big fan of "Young Royals" and Omar Rydberg.

You will be part of a team, so it is important that you are a team player and understand that helping each other is crucial for me to manage my daily life. Assistive devices used include a lift and a wheelchair.

The position

One of my assistants is currently on leave until the summer. Therefore, I am looking for someone who can take at least 1 day shift per week on a weekday until the summer. During the summer, there is an opportunity for full-time summer work for the right person.

Requirements

• Female, aged 20-40
• Fluent in Swedish
• Experience working in healthcare
• Driver's license and car

The shifts are scheduled throughout all hours of the day, as well as evenings and weekends. The shifts may vary but are mostly day shifts. We are looking for temporary staff! Working hours are 9-9.
