We are currently looking for summer staff for a customer service role with a well-known and leading home furnishing company. Here you will have the chance to gain valuable experience in service and work in an inspiring, customer-focused environment.

The role includes, for example:

• Handling inquiries about orders and deliveries
• Managing delivery-related questions
• Answering questions about products and assortment
• Processing service cases and complaints

Your profile

Who are you? To be successful in this role, it is important that you are social, attentive, and communicative. You have a good sense for customer support and appreciate challenges at work. It is crucial that you are aware that you are the face of the organization and therefore pay close attention to providing the customer with the best possible experience.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who:

• Is proficient with computers
• Is social and enjoys interacting with people
• Is driven by challenges and working towards set goals
• Is fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English

• Monthly salary of 21,000 SEK + bonus + shift allowance
