RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Care Officer, you work with authority decisions according to the Social Services Act (SoL). You investigate, assess, and make decisions about interventions, and follow up to ensure the support works for the individual.

But the job is about more than decisions and documentation.

It is about meetings, collaboration, and finding solutions together with people and colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We believe that you:

• Are a Social Worker (Socionom)
• Have a B driving license
• Are comfortable with digital tools
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Extra plus if you have:

• Experience with authority decisions according to SoL
• Worked in Life Care
• Experience from municipal social services

But most importantly to us is who you are.

We are looking for someone who likes collaboration, takes responsibility, and wants to contribute both competence and energy. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you need to want to develop together with us.
