Personal Assistant for a 21-year-old woman in the Värnamo area

About the client

I am a 21-year-old woman living 15 minutes outside of Värnamo with my family. Born with a muscle disease, I require extra support in daily life. I need help with everything from hygiene, cooking, assistance with tasks, and driving my car to various activities.

We are looking for someone who is

Open, cheerful, and reliable
A good team player who understands the importance of helping each other to make daily life work
Healthy and physically strong, as manual lifting may be required

My interests

Baking, gaming, air rifle shooting, painting, and coffee/shopping in town.

Assistive devices

A lift and an electric wheelchair are used in daily life. Manual lifting may occur.

Requirements

Valid driver's license (manual transmission) and access to a car
Fluent Swedish
No fur/animal allergies
Non-smoker

Experience in healthcare is a plus, but personal suitability is the most important factor.

The position

You will work on a 24-hour shift schedule (06:30–06:30). We are looking for staff for permanent shifts at approximately 75–80% and one position at approximately 50–60%, as well as temporary substitutes.
