Job Responsibilities
Do you want to work in a role where you make a real difference for children and families every day?
As a Social Secretary in our follow-up team, you work with follow-up of interventions for children and young people aged 0–21. You meet families in different life situations and work with a focus on participation, respect, and influence. Together with colleagues and partners, you create sustainable solutions where the child's security, safety, and best interests are always at the center.
In the role of Social Secretary, you work both independently and in a team. Your assignment includes, among other things:
- Responsibility for planning and follow-up of cases according to current legislation and routines.
- Follow up on approved interventions such as placements, open care, and home-based solutions.
- Work structurally with methods such as BBiC and Signs of Safety to create sustainable solutions.
- Document continuously and ensure legally secure case handling.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to strengthen the child's network.

Qualifications and Merits
We are looking for you who are secure, empathetic, and responsible, with a strong commitment to the living conditions of children and young people. You have the ability to remain calm even in pressured situations and can make well-founded decisions when needed.
You are relationship-building and communicative, and have an easy time building trust with both children, families, and partners. You have a good understanding of society's support structures and feel comfortable guiding, informing, and supporting the people you meet. As a person, you are structured and have the ability to prioritize your work based on legislation and the current situation. You enjoy working both independently and with others and actively contribute to a good team spirit.
Requirements:
- Social Work degree (Social Worker).
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Law on Care of Young Persons (LVU).
- Good computer skills.
- Category B driver's license and driving experience.
- Experience in authority practice and the target group of children 0–21 and families.
Merits:
- Knowledge and experience with methods such as BBiC and Signs of Safety.
- Experience with business systems such as Lifecare.
The security and safety of children are our highest priority. Employment requires that an extract from the police's suspicion and criminal record register can be presented upon offer of the position.
A 6-month probationary employment may apply.
