Process Engineer – Gdańsk

We are now looking for a Process Engineer to join our team to lead advanced process development and industrialization in a high-tech automated manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong project ownership and the ability to drive measurable process results.

Your Role:

Lead end-to-end process development from concept to industrialization.
Translate product requirements into robust manufacturing solutions.
Own FAT / SAT and process commissioning.
Drive process capability targets (Cm, Cmk, Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk).
Lead PFMEA and risk mitigation strategies.
Define critical process parameters & implement SPC controls.
Execute advanced DOE to optimize KPIs.
Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean & Six Sigma.
