Do you want to help set the standard for the future of injection molding in Sweden? We are looking for a Process Engineer who wants to drive technical development, visualization, and digitalization of our machinery.

About the Role

In the role of Process Engineer within injection molding, you will hold a central and technically leading position. You will work with our factories in both Skara and Färgelanda. Your focus will be on integrating manufacturing methods, ensuring product quality, and optimizing machine performance.

You will become part of a strong team currently consisting of two people, but we are growing and more colleagues are on their way.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop Machinery: Develop and optimize processes for our injection molding machines (IMM). You will work with plastics, PCAB, EFBP, and possess deep material knowledge.
• Set the Standard: Work towards visualizing our machinery and setting a new standard for injection molding in Sweden.
• Lead Projects: Drive industrial projects from development to mass production and evaluate new technologies.
• Commercial Interfaces: Manage contact with machine and material suppliers and support during quotation phases (RFQ).

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in injection molding and process development. You have a strong technical understanding of machines, tools, and materials. As we move towards Industry 4.0, we would appreciate if you have a genuine interest in AI and digital solutions for self-optimizing processes.

Requirements and Preferences:

• A few years of experience in process development within injection molding (preferably a university degree in engineering or equivalent experience).
• Experience leading projects from start to finish.
• Good knowledge of machines, tools, and materials (plastics, PCAB, EFBP).
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
