About the Role

At Perido, we are currently looking for a Facility Manager for our client, a giant in the media world. For this assignment, we are seeking a consultant who can work on August 20th and 21st, and then during weeks 35 & 37 (no work in week 36), with the possibility of extension later in the autumn. The position is located in Malmö.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the workplace functions well by keeping order in meeting rooms, pantries, office storage, environmental rooms, and the garage. You handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages, as well as arranging seating in meeting rooms and editorial offices, including desks and chairs. The role also involves organizing events by planning, ordering, setting up, and clearing away. You follow up on and report issues regarding subcontractors' work, such as cleaning, coffee machines, fruit deliveries, office supplies, and waste management. Additionally, you are responsible for the vehicles, ensuring cars are washed, taken to the workshop, and have seasonal tires changed.

Your Personality

This is a role that requires a person with great independence and a strong sense of responsibility. To succeed in this role, we see that you are proactive and ensure things get done. Furthermore, we believe you are a positive and social person who thrives with many contact surfaces. You are accustomed to quickly switching between different tasks, prioritizing, and solving problems at a high pace. Experience is good, but for this role, personality is crucial – a calm, humble, and industrious person fits perfectly!

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in similar tasks
• Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
• Valid B driver's license

Scope and Start Date

Part-time, August 20th and 21st, and work during weeks 35 and 37. (No work in week 36.) Consultant assignment until 2026-09-11, with a chance of extension during the autumn. Start date: 2026-08-20.
