We are currently looking for a junior consultant for a project involving the development of pipe and hose components for oil and cooling systems in motor applications within the automotive industry! We warmly welcome your application.

Responsibilities

You will become part of a team responsible for the entire chain of pipe and hose solutions – from design and engineering to support in industrialization and production support. The work covers both new development projects and continuous improvements of existing components.

• Design and engineering of pipe and hose solutions
• CAD work in Creo
• Ensure component release according to project plan
• Participate in technical reviews and cross-functional meetings
• Coordination with procurement, production, aftermarket, and suppliers
• Support in production and industrialization matters
• Handling of late-stage design changes in projects

Qualifications:

• Some years of relevant experience in mechanics/engineering
• Civil engineer or university degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or similar technical field.
• Interest in engines, mechanics, and manufacturing
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Structured and meticulous work style
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with many interfaces

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Creo CAD

The assignment is expected to start in August and is located 100% at the office in Gothenburg.
