About the role

Do you want to take on a key role in a modern workshop production where you can combine leadership, structure, and technical understanding? This might be the right opportunity for you. Z-MEK in Nödinge is now looking for a Production Manager who wants to help develop daily operations in a family-owned and growing company. Here you will have a central role between management and production, with a focus on creating flow, structure, and efficiency in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: As a Production Manager at Z-MEK, you have operational responsibility for daily production and act as the link between management and the workshop. You plan, prioritize, and allocate work to ensure an efficient flow, while also following up on deliveries, projects, and quality. The role also involves close contact with production and suppliers, where you handle deviations and production disruptions, as well as responsibility for inventory flow and material supply. You also drive improvement work focused on structure, efficiency, and stable production. Here you have the opportunity to influence how production is run and be a key part of the company's continued development and growth. Your profile: We are looking for you who have experience from the workshop and/or manufacturing industry and who thrive in a role where you take responsibility and make decisions in the daily flow. You are confident in an operational environment, have good communication skills, and natural leadership qualities. You are structured, solution-oriented, and used to prioritizing when conditions can change quickly. We believe you have a technical interest and a good understanding of production conditions. Requirements:

• Experience from the workshop or manufacturing industry
• Ability to lead and prioritize operational work
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Category B driver's license and access to a car

• Experience in production management or similar role
• Experience in inventory control or material planning
• Experience from machining or contract manufacturing
• Forklift and crane certificates
