As a Process and Software Consultant at TGW, you will become a key figure in our most innovative and integrated projects. You combine deep process knowledge with software expertise to develop intelligent solutions tailored to our customers' operations. You are responsible for translating complex customer requirements into scalable solutions and actively contribute to solution design, cost calculations, and deliveries. Through close collaboration with customers, solution architects, and internal teams, you ensure that every solution is technically robust, meets business needs, and complies with current safety requirements. Your expertise is crucial for creating successful projects, efficient implementations, and long-term customer value.

In this role, you will:

• Gather, analyze, and challenge customers' logistics processes and requirements, monitor market developments, and translate these into inputs for the software development team.
• Build and develop customer relationships, ensuring that process and software deliveries contribute to successful, integrated TGW projects.
• Conduct gap analyses and lead the Transparency Process in close collaboration with solution architects to determine whether existing product solutions (WERX) or project-specific adaptations are most suitable.
• Make decisions regarding solution design, including scope of delivery, responsibility distribution, and the choice between own or third-party products.
• Prepare IT cost calculations, quotation documents, presentations, templates, and product descriptions.
• Develop methods and tools for IT calculations.
• Manage IT security questionnaires and coordinate formal responses together with internal and external stakeholders in IT security.
• Define integrations with external Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ensure they function within the overall IT environment.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the project execution organization through clear requirement transfer and support business development within process and software matters.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good market knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as Material Flow Control (MFC), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Execution Systems (WES), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Has experience in process design and the creation of functional specifications.
• Has excellent knowledge of logistics, material flows, and data flows, combined with relevant experience in consulting work.
• Has knowledge of automation, warehouse systems, and material handling.
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Has an understanding of marketing and positioning of software products.
• Has a good understanding of software solutions in manual warehouse operations.
• Has good technical understanding of software and experience with programming in high-level languages.
