About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will become part of a dedicated team working with order processing, transport planning, and delivery coordination. The role involves multiple touchpoints and close collaboration with both customers and carriers to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery flows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order flows and monitor system discrepancies.
- Book and coordinate transports according to existing transport agreements.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for the customer’s daily inquiries.
- Communicate regularly with carriers regarding bookings and follow-ups.
- Register and manage discrepancies and associated costs in the supply chain.
- Ensure all deliveries meet internal and external quality standards.
- Identify and propose improvements to daily workflows.
We Are Looking For
- At least one year of experience in logistics, e.g., delivery planning, transport coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Swedish (both written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work systematically in an administrative environment.
- Ability to prioritize, take ownership, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work on-site at the office in Lidköping five days a week.
Qualifications That Are a Plus
- Post-secondary education in logistics, transport, or supply chain management.
- Experience working with major clients or players in retail.
- Experience with transport booking, delivery tracking, or coordinating transport flows.
