We are currently looking for a Maintenance Planner for Electrical and Automation at SCA Obbola. We welcome your application!

Your Next Challenge

As a Maintenance Planner for Electrical and Automation, you are a key person who ensures that our technicians always have the right conditions to perform maintenance work. Through close communication with planning colleagues, group managers, and production, you work to plan and prepare everything from minor tasks to major maintenance shutdowns. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Planning and Preparation: You create work orders and prepare necessary instructions, spare parts, risk assessments, and work permits so that the work can be carried out safely.
  • Maintenance Shutdowns: You work with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of both annual major shutdowns and shorter stops.
  • Continuous Improvements: Together with the team, you identify and drive development projects to optimize our operations.

On-call duty is included in the role and occurs approximately every other month.

With your knowledge, you bring an understanding of what is needed for our technicians to carry out safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance work.

Since the role involves many different interfaces, you need to have a strong ability and willingness to communicate and build relationships.

We are therefore looking for you who:

  • Have an industrial technical education or equivalent work experience that can be assessed as equivalent.
  • Have a few years of work experience in maintenance work within electrical and automation; experience from the process industry is an advantage.
  • Fluently speak and write Swedish and English, as these languages are used in daily work.

It is an advantage if you have experience working in maintenance systems, maintenance planning, and/or team leadership.
