Your Next Challenge

As a Drift Engineer with us, you will have a fantastic opportunity to combine technology and problem-solving in an innovative environment where our production and sustainable operations are at the forefront. You will become part of a team of 6 drift engineers.

In this role, you will work broadly with operational issues, and your work will contribute to improvements and the development of our production processes and working methods. This is a role for you who not only enjoys finding solutions to technical challenges but also has a passion for inspiring others to think differently and dare to grow, as you will lead production personnel in various improvement initiatives.

You are a curious and engaged problem solver who sees opportunities in complex challenges. With a structured approach and an eye for detail, you tackle your assignments with both initiative and independence. You have analytical skills and thrive in collaboration to achieve success together with others.

You are skilled at navigating between different needs and requirements from multiple stakeholders without losing focus, while simultaneously building trust and strong relationships. Courage and curiosity are among your strengths, and you are driven by contributing to development and positive changes in close collaboration with your team.

To fit into the role, we are looking for you who:

• Hold a Master of Science degree in Engineering.
• Have experience working as an engineer in the process industry.
• Have a genuine interest in leadership.
• Express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work.
