Your Role

As Production Warehouse Manager, you will not only be responsible for a production warehouse. You will have the opportunity to shape how our material flow works, every day. In a business-close role with significant personal responsibility, short decision-making paths, and close collaboration with production, planning, and other support functions. The role is new and gives you the opportunity to influence and further develop working methods based on our logistics processes. In this role, you are responsible for leading the daily work of a group of approximately 5–10 employees close to production, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and continuous improvements.

How You Contribute

• Lead, coach, and develop the production warehouse team
• Ensure efficient and reliable material supply to production and outbound deliveries from production
• Optimize warehouse layout, internal transport, and working methods to reduce disruptions and create efficiency
• Collaborate closely with production, planning, purchasing, and suppliers
• Be responsible for order, safety, and working environment within the production warehouse and logistics areas, including forklifts and waste management
• Ensure correct material handling, documentation, and follow-up in the business system (IFS) as well as developing routines and instructions

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership within warehousing, logistics, or internal logistics in the manufacturing industry
• Leadership skills with a focus on engaging and developing teams
• Good system proficiency, preferably experience with business systems such as IFS or similar
• Good understanding of forklift handling, safety, and working environment work
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Experience in improvement work, previous working environment responsibility, and production-proximate logistics are meritorious.
