Regional Process Leader for Teknikcollege Sydost

Teknikcollege Sydost is a collaboration platform between the technology and industry sectors, education providers, and public actors in the five municipalities of Blekinge as well as Emmaboda Municipality. The goal is to ensure long-term competence supply to technology and industry companies through quality education.

We are now looking for a Regional Process Leader who wants to lead, coordinate, and further develop the Teknikcollege work in the South East.

Job Description

As a Regional Process Leader, you play a key role in driving and developing Teknikcollege. You act as chair, coordinator, and strategic support to local Teknikcolleges, steering groups, and collaboration partners.

The role is overarching and development-oriented, with a focus on quality assurance, collaboration, and regional mobilization.

You work closely with companies, municipalities, the region, other education providers, and other process leaders within Teknikcollege Sweden. You report directly to the regional chairman and have significant autonomy within your role. The commissioning body is the regional steering group.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and coordinating the regional Teknikcollege work in the South East
Supporting and monitoring local Teknikcolleges
Working to meet Teknikcollege quality criteria
Process-leading certifications and recertifications
Coordinating regional steering groups, networks, and working groups
Preparing materials for political decisions
Planning and conducting company visits
Acting as a link between business, education providers, and public actors
Initiating and driving development projects related to competence supply
Monitoring the external environment and contributing to regional and national collaborations
Communicating and making Teknikcollege Sydost visible externally
Responsibility for the Teknikcollege Sydost budget

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

Good understanding of business challenges
Relevant university education or equivalent experience, preferably from the technology and industry sectors
Experience in process leadership, project management, or collaboration work
Good understanding of the education system and/or the industry's competence needs
Experience working strategically across organizational and sector boundaries
Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
Good digital skills

Merits:

Experience with Teknikcollege or similar certification/collaboration models
Background from industry, education, or regional development
Experience working in a politically governed organization
Knowledge of competence supply issues in the South East region

Employment type: Permanent position.
