We at Adecco are currently looking for production staff for our client in Ronneby. This assignment is suitable for you who enjoy practical work, have good dexterity, and appreciate tasks where precision and focus are crucial.

ABOUT THE JOB
As a production assistant, you will work in a modern production environment assembling and handling electronic components. The tasks are of a simple nature but require great precision, concentration, and a sense of responsibility.

Examples of tasks:

• Assembly of circuit boards and smaller components
• Screwing and assembling details according to instructions
• Packing and unpacking of products
• Inspection of materials and finished products
• Work at various stations in the production line

The work is carried out according to clear routines and instructions, often at a calm but focused pace. Shift work may occur.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is precise, patient, and enjoys repetitive tasks. You find it easy to follow instructions and understand the importance of quality in every step. Previous experience in production or assembly is an advantage, but not a requirement. The right attitude is most important.

Skills

• Good fine motor skills
