We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for a high school student who lives with her parents in a house in Hjortkvarn. She has 24/7 assistance and double assistance during evenings, nights, and weekends. No assistance is provided at school.

You who apply need to be:

• A person with a good heart and a genuine desire to make a difference

You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as documentation is an important part of the job.

A driver's license is not a requirement for performing the duties. However, public transport to the workplace is limited, meaning you need to have the ability to commute to and from work independently, for example, by car.

Experience in personal assistance or similar roles is required; experience as a nursing assistant is an advantage.

About the assignment

The client has the diagnoses CP, Epilepsy, Autism, CVI (visual impairment), and IF, and needs help with most aspects of daily life. The work includes among other things:

• Medication management
• Exercise according to instructions from a physiotherapist (KP training)
• Play, activation, and daily routines
• Partial tube feeding
• Use of cough assist machine and PEP mask
• The client uses AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) pictures as a communication aid

You will work in the client's home and become an important part of her daily life and sense of security.
