We are looking for an engaged personal assistant for a teenage girl with autism. The client values safety, a big heart, and a positive attitude. The role involves supporting daily routines and activities, where you will provide support, inspiration, respect, and motivation to the client.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, playful, and capable of working in a low-affective manner. Experience with autism and the role of a personal assistant is advantageous, but the most important factor is your personality. Good chemistry with both the client and the family is an absolute prerequisite.

The family also includes siblings who have personal assistants and pets, so you must not have pet allergies.

Workplace and conditions

The workplace is located just northeast of Örebro. Since public transportation is limited, a driver's license and access to a car are mandatory. Working hours are currently during the day and evenings, with the possibility of working some weekends.

Before employment begins, references must be provided, and an extract from the criminal record register must be presented.
