We are currently looking for a woman who wants to join our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our female client in Mullsjö.

What does this role involve?

The client is a 60-year-old woman. She has many interests, such as painting and crafts.

One thing close to her heart is her interest in horses. She also has a strong passion for cooking, baking, and gardening.

The client enjoys being outdoors and taking walks.

Lifting is performed with the help of a ceiling hoist, etc.

Cooking, hygiene, and cleaning are some of the common tasks, along with accompanying the client during exercise and providing motivation.

The client is looking for a woman between the ages of 20 and 65.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would appreciate it if you have great patience and the ability to be personal while maintaining a professional demeanor.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be creative and enjoy crafting, baking, and cooking.
• enjoy being outdoors, walking, having coffee, or eating lunch outside.
• be flexible.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours – day, evening, weekend, and night.
• have experience in care and social services (this is a plus, but not a requirement).

Additional Information

Employment Type: Permanent position and hourly extra shifts as needed. We are looking for several hourly substitutes.

Scope: Approximately 75% and as needed.

Working Hours: Daytime, evening, weekend, and night. It is important that you can also work evenings and nights. Some active measures are taken during the night.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
