On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking consultants within security clearance administration for a consulting assignment in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for one year, starting in October 2026.

About the Assignment
We are now looking for several experienced security clearance administrators for a long-term consulting assignment with a socially vital company in the energy sector. The assignment involves working with security clearance, personnel security, and the administration of security clearance cases in an operation with high demands for security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with tasks such as:

• Security clearance checks for consultants and managers
• Administration of security clearance agreements and security clearance understandings
• Administrative handling related to security clearance work
• Support and coordination within security-cleared procurement

• Start Date: 2026-10-01
• End Date: 2027-10-01
• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Stockholm with the possibility of remote work
• Security Clearance: Security clearance and background check are required. The security clearance process is currently estimated to take approximately 12–16 weeks.

About You
We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience where Swedish security clearance legislation has been applied.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in security clearance work, primarily within personnel security including security clearance checks.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in case administration, with experience using at least one digital case management system.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
