We are looking for you who want to be a support in everyday life to increase the quality of life for a man in adulthood. As a personal assistant, you will support the user in maintaining and developing their independence and abilities.

As a personal assistant, you are a support and help the user create security in everyday life. We see that you are sensitive and curious. You should also be calm and stress-resistant in situations where challenging behavior may occur. It is an advantage if you have experience with autism and cognitive disabilities. We would appreciate if you have experience with low-affective handling and clear pedagogy.

However, what is crucial is your engagement and that you have a genuine interest in contributing to an increased quality of life for the user in their daily life.

Position: 75%

Schedule: The schedule consists of day, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as work every other weekend.

Selection and interviews are conducted on a rolling basis. Start date for introduction is by agreement, preferably immediately.
