We are now looking for a Security Clearance Administrator for a long-term consulting assignment in Stockholm 🚀

About the assignment

In this role, you will work closely with the business, focusing on security-cleared processes related to suppliers, consultants, and procurement. The assignment covers both administrative processing and operational security work within personnel security.

You will become part of a function that ensures compliance with Swedish security legislation and supports the business throughout the entire process – from security assessment to follow-up on security agreements.

Examples of tasks

• Conduct security vetting of consultants and security managers
• Process security agreements and security understandings
• Work with documentation and case management
• Ensure compliance with security legislation
• Collaborate with internal and external parties on security-related matters

Requirements

To be considered for the role, we look for:

• At least 5 years of experience where Swedish security legislation has been applied
• At least 5 years of experience in security clearance work, primarily within personnel security and security vetting
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative processing and working in digital case management systems
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

• Hybrid work: Up to 40% remote work
• Assignment period: October 2026 – October 2027
• Extension: Possibility of extension up to a total of 3 years
