Job Responsibilities
Do you want to make a real difference for people on their way to self-sufficiency? We are now looking for two engaged and structured work coordinators who want to support individuals towards employment, studies, and increased independence. The role suits you if you enjoy meeting people, are motivated by creating progress, and want to work both supportively and guidance-oriented in an important societal task.
As a work coordinator, you work closely with clients receiving social assistance. In dialogue with the individual, you map work capacity, resources, and needs to create a clear plan together towards work or other meaningful activity.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Mapping clients' resources, obstacles, and needs based on work capacity and labor market readiness
- Creating individual plans with clear goals and activities
- Monitoring and documenting labor market interventions according to current legislation and activity requirements
- Motivating and supporting clients towards work, studies, or other interventions leading to self-sufficiency
- Collaborating with colleagues, labor market actors, and other authorities
- Contributing to the development of working methods related to the activity requirement

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a professional and motivating approach and who are confident in meeting people in different life situations. You are receptive and clear in your communication while being able to set demands in a respectful and constructive manner. You work in a structured and responsible way, have good ability to plan and follow up on your work, and enjoy collaborating with other actors and professions. The role requires that you can work independently, make well-founded decisions, and contribute to solution-focused working methods. We also see that you have the ability to make structured assessments and document according to current guidelines.
We see that you have:
- Relevant higher education, e.g., social worker, behavioral scientist, occupational therapist, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
- Experience of work within social services, labor market interventions, or public administration
- Good knowledge of social assistance and labor market-related issues
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
