About the Role
We are looking for a staff member for the after-school care and resource function on a 100% basis for a fixed-term contract. The role involves varied work where you combine duties in the after-school care with providing support to students from grades F-9 during the school day.
As part of our team, you will become a key adult who contributes to safety, structure, and development for our students. You will work closely with teachers, after-school staff, and student health services to create good conditions for every student to succeed.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is secure, flexible, and has a genuine interest in child development and learning.
You:
- Have experience working in after-school care, schools, or with children and young people.
- Are a clear authority figure and good at building trusting relationships.
- Have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team.
- Are responsible, solution-oriented, and flexible.
- Have the ability to meet students with different needs and create structure in daily life.
- Experience working as a student resource or with special support is an advantage.
Your responsibilities:
- Work in the after-school care by planning and implementing activities that stimulate students' development and learning.
- Serve as a resource for students in grades F-9 during the school day by providing support based on individual needs.
- Contribute to safety, structure, and a conducive study environment in the school setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, after-school staff, and student health services regarding student development.
- Actively participate in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
