In Härryda Municipality, there are family daycares in Mölnlycke, Landvetter, Hindås, and Rävlanda. In a family daycare, children become part of a smaller group with varying ages from 1 to 6 years. The daycare provider, who leads the activity, adapts the daily operations to the needs and interests of the children's group. The daycare providers work in their own homes and also have access to a group room in each location to offer the children pedagogical indoor activities.

Your Assignment

We are looking for an engaged and responsible daycare provider for the autumn who wants to receive and work with children in their own home in Hindås. With us, you get the opportunity to create a safe, developmental, and stimulating environment for the children's daily life.

The assignment includes:

• Taking care of and being responsible for children in a home environment
• Planning and implementing pedagogical activities that promote the children's development and learning
• Cooking nutritious and varied meals
• Creating a home that functions as an inspiring learning environment
• Having daily contact and collaborating with guardians
• Collaborating with colleagues and participating in joint activities and meetings
• Having a smoke-free home with a clear space for the children's group activities.

One day a week, the activity takes place in a shared facility located in Hindås center.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Live in Hindås and want to open your home to offer pedagogical care for the municipality's children
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Have interest and experience in working with children

Merits

• Have a pedagogical education, e.g., childcare worker, preschool teacher, or equivalent competence

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
