Vårdcentralen Södervärn is a large health center located within the hospital area in Malmö. It is close to parking garages as well as train and bus connections. Our health center also includes the Child Health Center (BVC) Family House. We have specialist clinics for diabetes, memory care, incontinence care, and elderly care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now welcoming a district nurse who is confident in their professional role, has a strong interest in primary care, and preferably experience in elderly care that promotes health, prevents disease, and manages complex care needs in the elderly population.

In your role, you will work with your own clinic, telephone advice, handling of acute patients, digital work in 1177 e-services, 1177-direct, and vaccinations. You work interprofessionally close to your colleagues. We who work here today value our excellent collaboration which creates a good work environment and patient-safe care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome both newly graduated and experienced licensed district nurses with the right to practice in Swedish healthcare. Furthermore, you have Swedish language skills at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. If you have previous experience working in primary care and documentation in the medical record system PMO, this is highly meritorious. If you also have training in CPR or an interest in this, we also see this as meritorious.
