We are continuing to grow and are now establishing ourselves in new locations. Therefore, we are looking for an Establishment Manager for Luleå – for you who enjoy building, creating relationships, and making things happen.

This is a role for you who are forward-looking, business-driven, and enjoy the combination of people, pace, and responsibility. You might currently work in staffing, have sales experience, or customer responsibility – and feel that you want to be part of building something real instead of just managing existing operations.

Experience from the staffing or recruitment industry is advantageous, and we would appreciate it if you have a business drive and enjoy creating new contacts and opportunities. For us, it is more important that you are confident in your interactions with people, take initiative, and thrive with taking responsibility for the whole process – from interview to successful long-term delivery.

You are structured, communicative, and have an easy time building trust, both with candidates, consultants, and customers. We also believe that you enjoy working at a high pace, are solution-oriented, and want to be part of building something long-term.

You step into an early stage at your location and help build the operations from the ground up. The focus is on creating a stable consultant and delivery operation, where quality, working environment, and long-term sustainability are at the center.

In daily life, this means that you:

• Recruit consultants – advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks
• Onboard, follow up, and support consultants in their assignments
• Ensure quality in delivery and a good working environment at the customer site
• Have ongoing dialogue with customers regarding staffing, needs, and follow-up
• Work closely with the operations and take responsibility for assignments functioning over time
• Contribute to building the business locally, as the delivery is established

• Fixed salary
• Driver's license: Category B required
• Car: Own car needed initially during establishment
• Employment: Permanent position with an initial probationary period
