Work with care – Become a Personal Assistant in Skurup

We are currently looking for temporary and summer replacements for a position in Skurup, with the possibility of a permanent schedule.

The assignment involves working as a personal assistant to a boy with special needs, providing support and help with all daily tasks. The work requires you to be attentive and engaged, as the client's mood can change quickly.

We would appreciate it if you have previous experience working as a personal assistant, as well as a willingness to develop in your professional role. Experience with autism, epilepsy, and challenging behavior is advantageous.

Honesty, responsibility, and clear communication are very important in this work group. You have great freedom in your work, but also a great responsibility to use it in a way that always stems from the client's needs and wishes.

Working Hours

• Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings, nights, and weekends. During school holidays, daytime hours are also included.

Your Profile

To feel secure in the role, we prefer that you:

• Have experience with one or more of the following: autism, epilepsy, and challenging behavior.
• Have experience in the profession of personal assistant.
• Are attentive, engaged, and confident in your work.

• Please note that there are cats and dogs in the home, meaning you should not be allergic.
