Your Role as Marketing Manager

In this role, you are responsible for Vinnergi's marketing plan and drive the daily work with digital marketing, content production, and campaigns. You work closely with the Growth Manager, CRM Manager, Marketing Communicator, and Sales to create a cohesive commercial process where marketing and sales reinforce each other.

In this role, you are Vinnergi's digital engine. You plan and execute campaigns, ensure HubSpot delivers the right leads to sales, and implement changes when needed. You are results-driven and thrive when you can see the connection between your work and business development.

The role involves among other things:

• Planning, producing, and following up on digital campaigns across all channels.
• Managing HubSpot Marketing Hub: automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and workflows.
• Own and manage Vinnergi's website in HubSpot CMS.
• Produce content for social media, newsletters, and web.
• Execute planned events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) and act as a client for external agencies and suppliers.

The role is a fixed-term position until the end of June 2027, starting as soon as possible. The location is Linköping, where Vinnergi has its headquarters.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with broad experience in digital marketing and who is accustomed to working independently on everything from strategy to production details. You have good knowledge of and are accustomed to navigating HubSpot. You are not afraid to take initiative and thrive in delivering at a high pace without losing quality.

We see that you have:

• Many years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role with responsibility and a combination of operational and strategic work.
• Good proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and HubSpot CMS.
• Experience with digital campaign production, content work, and social media in a B2B environment.
• Ability and habit of following up, making decisions, and acting on data.
• Experience working with events, trade shows, or webinars is a plus.
