You will be working with a woman in her 40s who lives centrally in Enköping. She has congenital cerebral palsy with spasticity and needs help with daily activities – everything from personal care and transfers to cooking and exercise. Experience in healthcare is a merit, but not a requirement. Transfers are assisted with lifting equipment. But most importantly: She loves the good things in life! Music, movies, series, and good conversation are a big part of her daily life. A really good day is when you cook together, play music, and laugh out loud. Going to concerts is also appreciated, and there may be some travel involved in the role for various activities. Oh, and yes – there is a dog in the home that brings joy, coziness, and walks in all weather! Who are you? We are looking for someone who is close to laughter and appreciates humor, is sensitive, caring, and able to take initiative. • Working hours are spread across all hours of the day (with some on-call duty at night). You work 24-hour shifts at the client's home, which is a requirement for the position.
