About the role

At Disarmament Solutions Ukraine, the focus is broad today, covering a range of defense-related projects where they act as a central interface between Sweden and Ukraine. Their role is to be the practical bridge between the countries; they help Swedish companies establish themselves in the Ukrainian market and support Ukrainian companies that wish to step into the Swedish market. By enabling these collaborations, they contribute to providing Ukraine with necessary expertise and technology that strengthens the country's resilience, which in the long run saves lives and lays the foundation for a safer future and the reconstruction of society.

As a Project Coordinator at Disarmament Solutions, you become a central link in their international operations. The role is varied and suits you who enjoy juggling multiple tasks and are motivated by creating order and structure in complex projects. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners around the world, with a special focus on our efforts in Ukraine.

We see that you are a social person who is passionate about working in an international context and thrives in interaction with other people. You have a structured work approach and can handle working on several tasks in parallel. The results you deliver should be characterized by good organization, good documentation, and traceability. For this role, we would like you to have a few years of work experience in a coordinating role, preferably characterized by issues within economics, law, and international relations.

Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility include coordinating flows, managing documentation, and ensuring that our international collaborations run smoothly.

• Support the CEO and project managers in ongoing projects and assignments
• Support in contract management
• Coordination for issues related to international trade
• Coordination and negotiation with customers and subcontractors
• Coordination for the company's quality management system
• Coordination of the company's administrative routines

We are looking for you who

• Have a completed university or college degree, for example in political science, global studies, logistics, administration, or economics.
• Have a few years of work experience in a coordinating role where you have worked with issues related to contract management and processes.
• Have a good understanding of import and export issues.
• Have a good understanding of project economic issues
• Have good computer skills.
• Have very good knowledge of English and Swedish as internal and external contact is conducted in both languages
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have an interest in environmental and human rights issues

It is an advantage if you have

• Spoken more languages than Swedish and English
