The client is 24 years old and lives in his own apartment in the city center. He is a cheerful, lively, and determined young man with a vivid imagination. He enjoys watching TV, drawing, using his tablet, bathing, and eating. When he doesn't have a specific task to perform, he likes to walk around and watch short videos on YouTube on his tablet. He needs support and motivation in daily life, as well as planning, activation, and interpretation of his communication. You will be there to help with personal care, hygiene, household chores, and much more that comes with everyday life. We are looking for someone who is calm, positive, empathetic, and flexible. You should enjoy working in a team with structure and routines. We value continuity and would like you to see this job as a long-term position. Experience with autism and low-affective work methods is a plus, but not a requirement, as we place great importance on personal suitability. Your Swedish must be very good, both in speech and writing. About the position: The client has double assistance around the clock. We are conducting ongoing interviews.
