Färjestads Riding Club is looking for a riding instructor with a passion for horse welfare, teaching, and development.

Färjestads Riding Club is in an expansion phase with a newly built riding facility and great opportunities to further develop the business. As a certified riding school, we stand for safety, quality, and long-term development for both horses and humans.

We are now looking for an engaged riding instructor who wants to develop our operations together with us. We are looking for you who are passionate about teaching, horse welfare, and creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where both students and horses can develop.

Here, you will become an important part of a team that wants to move forward and together build a modern riding school focused on quality, collaboration, and development.

The role includes among other things:

• planning and conducting riding lessons for children, young people, and adults
• contributing to the development of students, horses, and the business
• creating safety, engagement, and good atmosphere in teaching
• working for high horse welfare and good horse care
• being involved in the daily operations regarding horses and the facility
• contributing ideas and initiatives in the development of operations, activities, and working methods
• collaborating with colleagues, students, guardians, and members

We are looking for you who:

• are a qualified riding instructor, at least SRL I / Swedish Riding Instructor Level I
• have experience in teaching within riding school operations
• are confident, positive, and pedagogical in meetings with people
• have good horse knowledge and a strong commitment to horse welfare
• are responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaboration
• want to be involved in developing both the operations and the people within it

Qualifications that are a plus

• experience in teaching at different levels
• experience in horse training
• experience working in larger riding school operations
• experience working with systems such as Xenophon

Employment Type

The position can be part-time or full-time depending on the right person and the needs of the business. Start date by agreement. Evening and weekend work is included. A driver's license is required (BE license is a plus).
