About the Role

At TCM, we are looking for a Bicycle Expert & Technical Support Manager. In this role, you will guide and assist our customers with technical and bicycle-related inquiries. You will work extensively with purchase advice, primarily for our online customers, and guide cyclists in product selection, compatibility issues, and handling returns/warranties. The role focuses mainly on our e-commerce operations, with customer contact alternating between email, phone, and chat.

We highly value customer satisfaction at TCM, and this role is a key pillar in our business. We are looking for someone who wants to work on-site in our brand-new premises in Söderhamn, Hälsingland, or in our large store in Tyresö, Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing purchase advice for bicycles and bicycle accessories.
• Answering compatibility questions and finding the right products based on specific customer needs.
• Assisting customers with returns and warranties for bicycles and accessories.
• Creating guides and manuals for bicycle care, compatibility, etc.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with products on our website, create content, and write product descriptions for our e-commerce platform. • Enjoys helping people and is passionate about making customers happy.
• Has good knowledge of bicycles and technology, with prior experience as a bicycle mechanic being a plus.
• Has a genuine interest in bicycles and technology in general, and enjoys learning new things.
• Values customer satisfaction highly and is willing to go the extra mile.
• Can express themselves well, both verbally and in writing.
• Is computer literate and skilled at searching for information.

About TCM

TCM is a company with high ambitions and strong growth. We operate in two locations in Sweden – Tyresö and Söderhamn – and have a total of 30–40 employees depending on the season. The company currently generates a turnover of approximately 115 MSEK through our e-commerce and physical stores.

In Söderhamn, we have our headquarters, warehouse, and a retail store. We recently moved into Granvägen 1 in central Söderhamn. The premises have been completely renovated and tailored to our operations, featuring a new shop, modern offices, staff areas, warehouse space, and more.

Söderhamn is beautifully located by the sea, two hours north of Stockholm, 45 minutes from Gävle, and 30 minutes from Hudiksvall. TCM’s new premises are within a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus stop, offering excellent commuting opportunities.

Location: Söderhamn or Tyresö (part-time work may be considered)
