You are good with people, engaged, and spread positive energy to ensure your sales team always thrives and feels good. You are a natural leader with strong drive and organizational skills. You are responsible, independent, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks. As a Sales Manager, you work with sales at major concerts in the Gävle area and surroundings.

Your main responsibility is to engage, drive, and coach your sales team so they perform at their best during the event. You prepare sales materials, handle restocking of goods and registers, and manage the closing and cleanup after the event.

In the summer, there is an opportunity to work at festivals and in other locations in Sweden and Denmark.

You thrive in event environments and see great value in taking on significant responsibility for personnel and sales early on. Cash register experience, leadership experience, and/or experience in sales, sports, and teamwork are meritorious but not required. Your attitude and personality are the most important factors!

The job is primarily performed in the evenings and on weekends, and you have the opportunity to choose how much and when you want to work. Perfect for you who, for example, studies at a university or has another part-time job.
